Preferred Properties was established in 1984.  Their exempliary staff of professionals shows appreciation to their valued customers by delivering the products and services they require with professionalism, effeciency and dedication.  They know how to do the job right, and strive to supercede expecations.  Year of year Preferred has been acknowledged for their design excellence in the CT Flower and Garden show.  They have won best of show in 4 out of the last 6 years. Currently Preferred staffs 15 fulltime and 12 partime employees.

They bring years of experience in Landscape design, certified nurserymen and horticulturalists, skilled masons, brick/paver installers, landscaping and planting crews, and machine operators.  Additionally, they have a full service nursery for you to come down and visit and receive design consultation.
